1. Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Help4GEO ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is operated by an individual / sole proprietorship operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered service, which helps you perform GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) on Chinese AI platforms, accessible at https://help4geo.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credit, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the service
2.1 What we provide
Help4GEO is an AI-powered platform that enables users to perform GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) on Chinese AI platforms. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
2.2 Nature of the service
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is enabled immediately after payment is confirmed. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations, as set out in Section 6.
2.3 Reliance on third-party AI models
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status of these providers. We will notify you of significant outages in a timely manner.
3. Account registration
3.1 Account creation
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account security
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at support@help4geo.com. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Please keep your email address valid.
3.3 Business accounts
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Credit packs
We offer a range of credit packs for you to choose from. Current pack details and pricing are available at https://help4geo.com/pricing.
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases and are credited to your account immediately after purchase. The Trial pack ($2 / 500 credits) is valid monthly from the date of purchase; the validity of other packs is as stated on the purchase page at the time of purchase.
5. Billing and payment
5.1 Credit purchase authorization
Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout. Credits are credited to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
5.2 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices exclude applicable taxes.
6. Refund policy
6.1 Credit refunds
Unused credits purchased within the last 7 days may be refunded in full. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
6.2 Refunds for service interruptions
If the Service is interrupted for more than 72 hours for reasons attributable to us, affected users may request a pro-rata compensation or refund.
6.3 Expired credits
Credits that have expired are non-refundable, as set out in Section 7.
7. Credit validity and consumption rules
7.1 Credit validity
The validity of each credit pack is as stated on the purchase page. The Trial pack ($2 / 500 credits) is valid for one month (30 days from the date of purchase). Credits that remain unused at expiry automatically expire without compensation.
7.2 Credit consumption order
Credits that expire earlier are consumed first (first-to-expire, first-to-consume), to make the most of their validity.
8. Billing disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact billing@help4geo.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. AI content and intellectual property
9.1 Ownership of output
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced from your inputs ("Output") belongs to you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose within the limits of Section 10.
9.2 License to input
By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Reliance on third-party AI models
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek. Output may be affected by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 Accuracy of AI output
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the Output before relying on it.
10. Acceptable use policy
10.1 Permitted uses
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.
10.2 Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Generate, disseminate, or facilitate the creation of deepfake content, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images that impersonate real individuals or are intended to mislead viewers about their origin or authenticity.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child-protection laws.
- Create malware, phishing content, or cyber-attack tools.
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Bypass or interfere with the Service's security features.
- Resell or sublicense access without prior written approval.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card network rules.
10.3 Additional restrictions specific to AI merchants
In addition to the general prohibitions above, given the AI technology nature of the Service, you expressly agree not to:
- Use the Service's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Service or Help4GEO products.
- Scrape, extract, or collect model outputs on a large scale or systematically for any purpose other than your personal authorized use.
- Present AI-generated content as the work of human professionals (such as licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors) in contexts where it could cause harm.
11. Data, privacy, and security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at https://help4geo.com/privacy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
12.1 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.
12.2 AI-generated content disclaimer
Warning: AI output from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
12.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Help4GEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 1 month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or as required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund pro-rata any prepaid, unused amounts. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@help4geo.com.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before commencing formal proceedings, please contact legal@help4geo.com to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through negotiation, either party may bring the dispute before the people's court with jurisdiction at the operator's place of business.
15. General provisions
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 1 day before the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Help4GEO.
