What we collect
We collect account details, workspace and brand information, questions submitted for GEO monitoring, Agent conversations, tool execution records, usage data, and support messages. We also collect technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use data
We use data to provide GEO monitoring, source analysis, content workflows, MCP access, account support, billing, abuse prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell customer workspace data.
AI processing
When a workflow uses an AI model, relevant prompt context and tool results may be sent to the configured model provider to produce the requested result. Customers should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to process.
Retention and deletion
We retain workspace records while the account is active and for a reasonable period needed for billing, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Contact us to request account deletion or data export.
Service providers
Help4GEO may use infrastructure, payment, email, model, storage, and monitoring providers to operate the service. Each provider receives only the information required for its function.
